Manufactured by Tenn Outdoors, our fully waterproof and breathable Blaze Soft Shell Cycle Leggings are the ultimate piece of Winter kit. It is no exaggeration when we say that you will not find anywhere in the world a piece of kit of this quality at this price. Where do we start? We have developed a unique, lightweight, 3 layer fabric with 4 way stretch capability that is waterproof, breathable and warm. The qualities of this awesome fabric means that cyclists can take to the road in wet weather conditions in superb comfort while remaining bone dry and warm, at incredible value. Never before have cyclists had the opportunity to own a piece of winter kit like this at this price.

Technical data: 3 layer fabric with 4 way stretch capability that has a membrane bonded between the inside and outside facing layers of fabric. The waterproof and breathable membrane has a high waterproof rating of 10,000 mm, while the breathability is also high at 5000gms. These ratings are commonly referred to as 10K/5K. Membranes are developed in such a way as to allow droplets of perspiration to pass through the micro pores, while preventing droplets of rain water from penetrating. This is because rain drops are enormous compared to droplets of perspiration and vapour emitted from the body.

The capability of our unique fabric to stretch in all directions means that these leggings will stretch with the rider, not only giving an incredibly comfortable fit, but also means they stretch when you are working hard pumping those pedals. The inside face of the fabric is a specially developed micro fleece peached finish which serves two purposes. Firstly, it is superbly comfortable against the skin as it has a warm feel to it, which will keep you warm but not hot. Secondly, the peached inside face has been shaved low enough to allow the inside seams to be sealed with a heat sealed tape that is comfortable against the skin and covers the stitching. Our tape stretches with the fabric ensuring no water penetration occurs in these locations. The leggings are ergonomically cut, meaning they have pre shaped legs for a close and comfortable fit.

These leggings are not currently padded. By machine stitching a pad in, the stitch holes would be large enough to allow rain water to pass through the stitch holes. We have added plenty of high quality reflective trim and logos to get you noticed at night time. 20cm waterproof ankle zips with snap down pullers ensure a snug fit over your winter Overshoes as we also have added top quality Silicone grippers to the inside of the ankles.

Winter cycling can be miserable without the right kit. This is a first for Tenn and all we can say is these will fly off our shelves. You cannot buy these in the shops or from anyone else.
