We would like to introduce our company to your club. You will see from the enclosed brochure that we specialise in cycle clothing of all types and in particular, clothing made from technical fabrics.
We have been in this technical business for well over twenty years with our main customers being prominent names in both the retail and wholesale business.
For almost eighteen of those years we have traded using the brand names of the companies we were supplying but for the last two years, we have moved into selling under our own brand, Tenn and have received very encouraging reviews by specialised magazines such as “Single Track”.
We sell via our own website at www.tenn-outdoors.co.uk, mail order and other on line platforms such as eBay and Amazon, we plan to open a showroom at our warehouse site later this year.
We hold stock of all our lines and we would be very happy to offer all such lines at a considerable discount to either your club or to your individual club members. Just contact us to discuss your requirements be it for your club or individuals, we will provide you with a unique discount code use for phone, post, email or website orders.
If the item is not suitable, we will always either exchange or refund providing it is still in a saleable condition, with tags attached and in original bag. If in the unlikely event a garment is faulty we will always exchange or refund without quibble.
We will always try to help with any garments you might be interested in and we are always here to take on board any suggestions from clubs or individuals. We can also offer advice on our clothing particularly when it comes to understanding how to maximise the technical properties of garments especially when they are to be worn as a layer system.
