How do you ship your orders and how long do they take?
We offer worldwide delivery using various Royal Mail delivery services. All such costs are kept to a minimum and delivery is free over £20 for UK customers. All prices include UK VAT.
We usually despatch orders within 2 business days of receipt of cleared funds. The normal delivery should be with you within 1-3 days following despatch for the UK orders and within 10-14 days for worldwide orders providing the item is in stock.
If we are out of stock we will contact you by phone or E-mail so don't forget to include them with your order.
What if I'm not in to receive my delivery?
Normal 1st class post rules will apply.
A note will be left telling you that the Post Office tried to deliver a parcel. You can either collect it from the local sorting office given on the card or contact the sorting office and they will re-deliver.
Returns & exchanges made easy
We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase and welcome any feedback you may have. We offer a very easy exchange and refund policy. If you change your mind within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whatever the reason.
Please ensure the following:
If you wish to exchange an item – please check with us in advance to make sure we have the item you want in stock, so that we can reserve it for you. ONLY then return your item for exchange.
Goods must be unworn and in perfect condition as when sold. Ensure all outside packaging is sealed and has enough postage paid to ensure its safe arrival. For added security and peace of mind, it is worth considering Special of Recorded Delivery, both of which are trackable.
Return it to the address below with original barcoded packaging, all tags intact and with your receipt, name and address. Please state the reason for return of your goods, along with which size and colour you wish to exchange your item for.
Postal charges where exchanges are requested
We will require £1.50 (in the case of light items) or £3.00 (in the case of heavy items –
Cycle Jackets and All Weather Jackets only) towards admin and the cost of posting the item you want back to you by 1st Class Post if it is a UK address.
For overseas customers, please email us to check the rates of postage prior to returning the item to us.
Postage costs can be paid by cheque (made payable to Tenn Outdoors) or by cash. In the case of coins please sellotape together and secure within your packaging. Failure to send adequate postage will result in the delay of replacing the item, whilst we contact you to recover these costs.
In the unlikely event of your garment being faulty or developing a fault please contact us for advice.
Refunds
If you require a refund, please state this clearly. We normally process refunds within 2 business days of receipt of the item and funds are returned in the same way as the original payment was made.
